This very simple Contemporary Brushed Steel Pole Lamp is very versatile for any task. Features include adjustable pole for a minimum of 87 inches to a maximum 123 inches; Three individual lamp shades with On/Off Switches that measure 7 inches in diameter also has a Frosted Acrylic Inner Shade and can be adjusted to suit your needs. This Lamp has an Optional Wall Mount that is included with the Lamp. Three 60 Watt Fan Bulbs are required (not included).

Have a friend measure from your elbow to the floor while you are wearing your regular shoes. Take this number and add 4 inches and you should have your ski pole size. If you are in-between two numbers, go short to be aggressive or long for a more relaxed stance.
